I’m Venya — personal trainer, sports performance coach, and founder of FullRange Athletics. With over 14 years of experience training youth athletes, professionals, and high-performers, I deliver results through a proven system of structured athletic development and personal training.

Every session at FullRange Athletics is led by me personally. I founded FullRange in 2012 after my service as a U.S. Marine and extensive training at Equinox Sports Clubs, graduating from the elite Equinox Fitness Training Institute.

At FullRange Athletics, we specialize in youth athletic development, sports performance training, and strength and conditioning for clients across Irvine and the surrounding areas. Our Multi-Phase System builds strength, speed, and confidence through progressive, results-driven programming — no hype, no gimmicks, just proven performance training.

Train alongside others in a tight, high-focus group at FullRange Athletics. These sessions are capped at 4 athletes to keep coaching personal and energy high.
