Not at all. In fact, most of my adult clients are busy professionals getting back into fitness after a long break. We start exactly where you are. I am not a drill sergeant; I am a coach. Our first goal is simply to get you moving pain-free, then we build strength from there.
Yes. Working around and rehabbing old injuries is my specialty. We don't ignore pain; we fix the movement patterns causing it. I will modify every exercise to ensure it is safe for your specific body mechanics. If something hurts, we don't do it.
Never. This is a private facility, not a commercial gym. During your session, it is usually just you and me (or a very small group if you choose that option). You don't have to wait for equipment, and you don't have to worry about people watching you.
I provide nutritional guidance and habit-based coaching, but I do not write rigid "chicken and broccoli" meal plans. Rigid plans rarely last. Instead, we work on sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle so you can lose weight and actually keep it off.
I know life happens—meetings run late, kids get sick. I simply ask for 24 hours' notice so I can open the spot for someone else. We communicate directly via text, so rescheduling is easy and human.
