THE PERFORMANCE STANDARD

SMALL GROUPS

Max 4 athletes per session. Direct coaching and personalized attention in every rep.

RESULTS DRIVEN

We don't guess. We verify. Performance reviews every 8 weeks to ensure growth.

TIER ADVANCEMENT

Earn your progression by achieving ≥90% movement execution standards.

INJURY RESILIENCE

Focusing on structural durability to keep athletes on the field.

HOW WE TRAIN
YOUNG ATHLETES

Our four-pillar methodology ensures every young athlete builds a foundation for long-term athletic success. Every training decision is backed by science and validated by results.

STRUCTURE

FOUNDATION FIRST

Movement literacy is non-negotiable. We build foundational durability through evidence-based systems designed to prevent injury and maximize athletic longevity.

  • Bodyweight Mastery
  • Connective Tissue Strength
  • Movement Quality Control

PROGRESSION

TEST & ADVANCE

Verified every 8 weeks. We audit progress through strict performance standards—you advance only when your nervous system earns it.

  • Measurable Benchmarks
  • 8-Week Retesting Cycles
  • Verified Performance Goals

PROTECTION

INJURY RESILIENCE

Injury prevention is priority one. Every session is designed to build resilient tissue and bulletproof joints so you can train hard for decades, not just months.

  • Joint Integrity Focus
  • Tissue Resilience
  • Long-term Durability

PRECISION

QUALITY OF INTENT

Every rep has a purpose. We measure intent, velocity, and execution quality to ensure you're getting better, not just tired.

  • Execution Standards
  • Velocity Monitoring
  • Intentional Movement

SAFE PROGRESSION
FOR EVERY STAGE

We don't treat kids like small adults. Our 4-Tier System ensures your athlete only lifts weight once their movement is perfected. No ego lifting. No skipped steps.

01
AGES 7-10

PRIME // MOVEMENT LITERACY

We teach body control before weight control. Your child learns how to jump, land safely, and squat with perfect form to build a permanent athletic foundation.

KEY OBJECTIVES:
  • Perfect 8 Fundamental Patterns
  • Build Body Awareness
  • Establish Movement Confidence
  • Develop Athletic Posture

AGES 11-13

CHARGE // LOAD & CONTROL

As bodies change, coordination often drops. We re-establish balance and introduce resistance to build the structural integrity needed for high-school sports.

KEY OBJECTIVES:
  • Intro to Loaded Movement
  • Speed Development Basics
  • Core Stability Under Load
  • Pattern Reinforcement

03
JV / VARSITY

PEAK // EXPLOSIVE POWER

True strength training begins. We focus on explosive power (vertical jump and sprint mechanics) and durability to handle daily practice demands.

KEY OBJECTIVES:
  • Power Development
  • Sprint Mechanics
  • Specific Durability
  • Competition Readiness

04
COLLEGE PREP

MAX // ABSOLUTE OUTPUT

Position-specific strength and speed work. This is for the athlete preparing for showcases or collegiate play. Absolute performance standards only.

KEY OBJECTIVES:
  • Max Strength Standards
  • Position-Specific Power
  • Collegiate Readiness
  • Peak Velocity

UNSURE WHERE YOUR ATHLETE SHOULD START?

WHAT WE TRAIN

We build the specific physical qualities that translate directly to game-day performance and structural durability. We don't just "exercise"—we develop movement literacy.

FIRST-STEP SPEED

Acceleration mechanics designed to help athletes blow past defenders from a static start.

DECELERATION

Teaching athletes how to stop safely. The foundation of ACL injury resilience and change of direction.

VERTICAL POWER

Specific plyometric training to maximize absolute jump height for Court and Field sports.

LATERAL AGILITY

Mechanics for efficient side-to-side transitions and defensive positioning on the field.

LANDING SAFETY

We teach "absorbing force" before "producing force" to reduce non-contact knee injuries.

TOP SPEED

Stride optimization and arm-drive mechanics to maximize breakaway speed in open space.

ROTATIONAL POWER

Core torque for Baseball, Golf, and Tennis. Adding measurable velocity to throws and swings.

TRUNK STABILITY

Functional strength to protect the lower back and transfer power efficiently through the kinetic chain.

-0.7s 40-YD DASH TIME

COMMON QUESTIONS

Absolutely not. This is a long-standing myth that has been debunked by the NSCA and pediatric organizations. In fact, properly supervised resistance training increases bone density and tendon strength, which actually reduces the risk of injury in their sport. We prioritize movement quality over heavy weight.

We accept athletes as young as 7 years old. At this "Prime" stage (Ages 7-10), we do not use heavy barbells. We focus on "Movement Literacy"—teaching them how to run, jump, land, and squat using their own body weight. This builds the coordination they need before puberty hits.

We build the engine; the sport is just where they drive the car. Whether it's soccer, baseball, or lacrosse, speed and power are universal. We train the fundamental athletic qualities (acceleration, deceleration, rotational power) that transfer to every field and court sport.

Small. We cap our youth sessions at 4 athletes maximum. This ensures your child gets the attention of a private session with the energy and competitiveness of a group environment. They can't hide in the back of the class here.

We keep it simple—no clunky apps or portals. You have direct access to me via text. We coordinate schedules week-to-week. I know plans change, and sending a quick text is much faster than logging into a system.
