With no more than 4 people per session, each client receives focused instruction, structured programming, and real accountability — all while training alongside others pushing toward similar goals. It’s the perfect balance of intensity, community, and results.

These sessions are built around your goals — whether you're returning from injury, chasing peak performance, or just want every rep to count. With full attention on movement, mechanics, and results, private training is where the work gets surgical.

Frequently Asked Questions.

  • Most gyms give you a workout. We give you a system — structured tiers, tracked progress, clear expectations, and no wasted reps. You won’t find gimmicks, yelling, or hype here — just training that works.

  • After your assessment, we’ll place you into the right tier (T1–T4) based on commitment, goals, and performance. As you level up, your training evolves.

  • Yes. You can move up or down each month depending on your consistency, schedule, and readiness. Progress isn’t forced — it’s earned.

  • Sessions are booked by appointment only — morning, midday, and evening options available. Because space is limited, committed clients get priority scheduling.

    • 24-Hour Notice Required: All sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Anything less is considered a late cancel and cannot be refunded or credited.

    • No Refunds for Missed Sessions: If you miss a session without proper notice, it’s counted. No exceptions — this keeps everyone accountable.

    • Make-Ups: If you cancel on time, we’ll do our best to reschedule that session within the same week — but make-ups are not guaranteed and depend on availability.

    • Tier Packages Are Month-to-Month: No long-term contracts, but once your month starts, your sessions are locked in. No rollovers to the next month — you either show up, or you don’t.

  • Easy. Start by booking your free 1-on-1 assessment — no pressure, no commitment. It’s a quick session to evaluate where you're at and what you need. After that, we’ll match you to the right tier (T1–T4) and build out your schedule.
