PRICING PACKAGES

No. We believe in earning your business every month. All training packages are month-to-month with no enrollment fees and no long-term contracts.
Private 1-on-1 training ranges from $55 to $70 per session, depending on the frequency of training (4-16 sessions per month).
Small group training (max 4 athletes) ranges from $39 to $45 per session. This includes the same expert coaching and programming as private sessions.
Yes. You can adjust your tier month-to-month based on your schedule and goals. Just let us know before your next billing cycle.
