WARM-UP & PREP
Dynamic mobility work and activation exercises. We prep the joints so you move pain-free from rep one.
STRENGTH BLOCK
Progressive strength training. We focus on establishing perfect technique before we ever add weight.
CONDITIONING
Short, high-intensity work designed to build your engine without destroying your joints.
COOLDOWN
We don't just walk away. We cool down intentionally to kickstart recovery for tomorrow's session.

GROUP TRAINING QUESTIONS
IS THIS RIGHT FOR ME?
No. Those are "classes" where everyone does the same thing at the same time. This is Semi-Private Personal Training. You share the hour with up to 3 other people, but you might be doing a completely different workout than them based on your injury history and goals.
You don't have to. In my gym, you are not competing against the person next to you. You are training with them. I adjust the weights and intensity for you. If you need to slow down or modify an exercise, we do it immediately. No pressure.
No. You can mix and match your slot times. If you usually come at 6am but have a meeting, you can switch to 5pm (if there is space). We coordinate everything via text message so you have flexibility.
Because you are sharing the cost of my time. You get the same facility, the same programming, and the same coaching expertise, but splitting the hour allows me to offer it at a much lower rate (approx. $45/session vs $70 for private).
