TERMS & CONDITIONS.
WHY THESE RULES EXIST.
Training times are limited, and each one is reserved for a specific client. These rules keep scheduling fair and consistent for everyone. Anything not covered here is handled directly with Coach Venya.
BILLING RESPONSIBILITY.
Your plan renews every 4 weeks until you cancel.
Plans renew automatically every 4 weeks. Your card on file is charged your plan’s price at the start of each 4-week cycle until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date through your Fullrange account online, or by texting or emailing Coach Venya. If a payment fails, your sessions pause until it is paid. If your rate is ever going to change, you’ll be told at least 7 days before the new rate is charged. Fullrange Athletics is not responsible for charges made before you cancel. If you forget to cancel before your billing date, that charge is final, and you can still use that cycle’s sessions.
BILLING QUESTIONS.
Questions about a charge go to Coach Venya first.
If you have a question about a charge, contact Coach Venya first so it can be sorted out before you dispute it with your bank or card company.
SESSION USAGE.
Sessions belong to their 4-week cycle and don’t roll over.
Sessions belong to the billing cycle they are purchased in and must be used within that 4-week cycle. Unused sessions expire at the end of the cycle, including sessions missed for vacations, travel, schedule changes or other personal reasons. You can’t switch to a smaller plan partway through a cycle, spread your sessions over more weeks, or move unused sessions to a later cycle, for any reason. Plan changes take effect at your next billing date. If Coach Venya cancels a session, it is made up within the same billing cycle, or your next billing date is pushed back to cover it.
TIME AWAY.
A week or less pushes your billing date. Longer, you choose.
If you’ll be away for one week or less, tell Coach Venya ahead of time and your billing date will be pushed back to cover it. If you’ll be away longer, tell Coach Venya before your next billing date. You can either keep your plan active at full price to hold your training times, or cancel your plan and pay your plan’s per-session rate for any sessions before you leave. If you cancel, your training times may be given to other clients, and you can re-enroll at the rate posted when you return, if a time is available.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
24 hours’ notice by text, or the session counts.
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before their start time by texting Coach Venya. A late cancellation is any cancellation or reschedule request made less than 24 hours before the start time. A no-show is missing a session without canceling. Late cancellations and no-shows count as a used session. With notice, Coach Venya will try to find another time within the same billing cycle, but can’t guarantee availability. If no time is available, the session is not carried over or refunded. If you arrive late, your session still ends at its scheduled time.
REFUND POLICY.
All sales are final.
All sales are final. No refunds are issued for unused or missed sessions, except when Coach Venya ends a client’s enrollment, as described in Conduct & Continued Enrollment.
HEALTH CHANGES.
New injuries are reported before the next session.
Tell Coach Venya before your next session about any new injury, pain, illness, medical condition or pregnancy. Coach Venya may adjust your training or ask for a doctor’s clearance before you continue.
INJURY OR ILLNESS.
If you can’t train at all, billing moves to your return date.
If an injury or illness comes up, Coach Venya will train around it whenever it is safe to, and sessions continue as normal. If you can’t train at all, you’ll need a dated doctor’s note stating that you’re unable to train and when you’re expected to return. Coach Venya may confirm the note. Your next billing date is then pushed to your expected return date, so you’re not charged while you’re out, or you can cancel your plan. Your regular training times are not held while you’re out and may be given to other clients. Unused sessions in the current billing cycle carry over and must be used within 60 days of your return, in any open private or small group time. Sessions not used within those 60 days expire. When you return, you get first claim on the next open time. If no time can be offered within those 60 days, the remaining sessions are refunded at the per-session rate paid.
SESSION RECORDING.
Every session is audio recorded for session notes.
Every training session is audio recorded so Coach Venya can create accurate session notes and track each client’s training. Recording is a required part of training at Fullrange Athletics, and sessions are not provided without it. Recordings and transcripts are stored securely, kept as part of each client’s training records, used only for coaching and record-keeping, and are not shared publicly. For clients under 18, the parent or guardian consents on their behalf.
CONDUCT & CONTINUED ENROLLMENT.
Training takes effort. This is coaching, not childcare.
Training requires the client’s willing participation and effort. This is coaching, not supervision or childcare. Fullrange Athletics may end a client’s enrollment if the client repeatedly shows little effort, ignores coaching, is disruptive to other clients, or is unable to train safely under coaching direction. For clients under 18, Coach Venya talks with the parent or guardian first. Parents and guardians must drop off and pick up on time, and Coach Venya is not responsible for supervising minors before or after their session. If enrollment is ended by the coach, unused sessions in the current billing cycle are refunded at the per-session rate paid, minus any amount owed. Sessions already delivered are non-refundable.
LIABILITY WAIVER.
Everyone signs the waiver before their first session.
Every client signs the Fullrange Athletics liability waiver at fullrangeathletics.com/waiver-form before their first session. For clients under 18, a parent or guardian signs it.
PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
Parents agree for clients under 18 and handle payment.
For clients under 18, the parent or legal guardian who buys the plan agrees to these terms on the client’s behalf and is responsible for all payments.
