🟥 CANCELATION + REFUND POLICY (Monthly Training Packages)
⏱ CANCELATIONS / RESCHEDULING
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Any late cancellation or no-show will be counted as a used session.
📅 MONTHLY USAGE & ROLLOVERS
All sessions must be used within the same calendar month.
If you miss a session due to a valid reason (e.g. illness, travel, family emergency), you may request a 1-week rollover window to make it up — maximum of 1 rollover per month. Rollover approval is at coach discretion and must be requested before the month ends.
💳 REFUNDS
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a monthly package is purchased, including for missed or unused sessions.
🔒 COMMITMENT DISCLAIMER
Monthly packages are built on consistency and structure. Buying a package means you’re committing to that month’s pace and schedule — no exceptions for “falling behind.” Missed sessions = missed progress.
