Tier 1 Group Sessions

$180.00 every month

Tier 1 group training is where every athlete starts — regardless of talent. These sessions build the foundation: clean movement, control, and consistency. Whether you're a youth athlete, an adult getting back into shape, or even elite-level with limited availability, this is the tier where quality is earned.

  • Small group format (max 4 per group)

  • Full-body training focused on posture, control, and strength

  • 60-minute sessions led by Coach Venya

  • Includes structured warm-up and cooldown

  • Ideal for beginners, youth athletes, and adults returning to training

⚠️ Note: Training once a week — no matter your skill level — places you in Tier 1. Greatness demands consistency, not just talent.

🟥 CANCELATION + REFUND POLICY (Monthly Training Packages)

⏱ CANCELATIONS / RESCHEDULING
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Any late cancellation or no-show will be counted as a used session.

📅 MONTHLY USAGE & ROLLOVERS
All sessions must be used within the same calendar month.
If you miss a session due to a valid reason (e.g. illness, travel, family emergency), you may request a 1-week rollover window to make it up — maximum of 1 rollover per month. Rollover approval is at coach discretion and must be requested before the month ends.

💳 REFUNDS
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a monthly package is purchased, including for missed or unused sessions.

🔒 COMMITMENT DISCLAIMER
Monthly packages are built on consistency and structure. Buying a package means you’re committing to that month’s pace and schedule — no exceptions for “falling behind.” Missed sessions = missed progress.
